- Enter the Gift Recipients name in the ISSUE TO field
- Enter the Gift Recipients shipping address in the USPS field
- Enter your name (or the name of the gift giver) in the FROM field
A 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card style gift certificate will be printed in color and mailed to the gift recipient from you with a personal message included (please add a personal message in the text box provided during checkout).
Please note: The certificate will automatically expire after one year, so an expiration date has been added to the card. The blue trim has been added to the image to show page size definition.
